    In the dark
    You can take your mark
    Shoot words off into the abyss
    No need to fear if you miss
    All it is,
    is practice.

    to have found words again
    An addition to my moments of pause
    Soothes my mind
    Opens up my heart

    Sometimes you just need a kickstart
    Just like with music, exercise or meditation
    Carve out some time, space or a place

    You don’t need much
    to keep in touch.
